Studies and Information

Poway Housing Solutions is committed to learning more about affordable housing and the role it plays in Poway’s quality of life.  In the fall of 2009, we commissioned a study to address common concerns about Poway’s affordable housing neighborhoods, as well as to provide a portrait of these communities.

The University of California, San Diego research team who collected and analyzed the data found that Poway’s affordable housing communities do not have negative impacts on the city, and in many respects add value to the surrounding neighborhoods.
