Poway Housing Solution

In 2002, three award-winning nonprofit housing developers, Wakeland Housing and Development Corporation, Community HousingWorks, and San Diego Interfaith Housing Foundation, joined the Poway Redevelopment Agency to form Poway Housing Solutions. The goal of Poway Housing Solutions is to raise awareness of the value that affordable housing brings to the Poway community. Together with the City, these organizations have developed most of the 582 apartments that make up Poway’s affordable housing communities.

Mission

The mission of Housing Solutions is to preserve the quality of life in Poway by maintaining economic prosperity through the creation of affordable housing opportunities for working families and seniors.
